At Santa Prisca & Co., we stand behind the quality of every product we craft. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept refund requests within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging (for non-food accessories like the bamboo salt cellar), OR

In the case of consumable products, there must be a clear issue with product quality (e.g., damaged in transit, incorrect item received).
How to Request a Refund
Please email support@santapriscaandco.com with the following:

Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you received the wrong item, we’ll send you the correct one at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.
Note:
Due to FDA regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items.
If you are unsatisfied and don’t qualify for a money-back guarantee, we may offer partial store credit as an option.
