Our story begins in Colima, Mexico, where our first product—hand-harvested sea salt—is sourced from the legendary salt flats of Laguna de Cuyutlán. Gently filtered through volcanic earth and sun-dried by skilled Salineros, this salt is as clean and mineral-rich as nature intended. It's the kind of ingredient that doesn’t just season your food—it transforms it.
